Prana Revival is a yoga and pilates wellness studio curated by yoga master Yhara Quiroz. Here at Prana we want to make yoga accessible and fun for any occasion; whether it be a private class or a large scale event we are here for you.

Yoga Classes
All Yoga class offerings can be 45-75 mins long and can be in English or Spanish (not both), depending on client’s needs. These classes can be done as private lessons, small groups, or for larger events such as bachelorettes and other business/private events. Please contact Yhara for pricing and availability.
Pilates Classes
Although Pilates may “look” like yoga, it is a completely different practice, which focuses mostly on the physical well-being. Exercises can be adapted to provide either gentle strength training for rehabilitation or a strenuous workout vigorous enough to challenge skilled athletes. Pilates increases muscle strength and endurance, as well as flexibility and mobility to improve posture and balance. All Pilates classes are done in relation to the clients ability and can be done as private sessions, duos, trios, or for events.
